Welcome to the 2016-2017 Spring online registration for Santa Cruz Mid County Competitive Surf soccer players and coaches. The fee to register a player is $100. This does not include any uniform fees or fees coaches may request to register for tournament play. 

Before registering a player to SURF you will need:

 a team assignment code ( from the team manager or coach) 

If your player is new to SURF we will also need a picture of your child's face, and birth verification document to register. 

Please also note we require our comp parents to take a positive coaching course once in their surf career.
